Packages

Best for a regular tune-up.
Minor Service

Gears and brakes adjusted, drivetrain cleaned and lubed, safety check.

Typical time: 45-75 minutes (1.5-hour window including setup and admin)
Includes
  • Safety check (bolts, drivetrain wear check, obvious issues flagged)
  • Basic wash/wipe-down
  • Drivetrain clean + lube (surface clean and re-lube)
  • Gear indexing and adjustment
  • Brake adjustment and alignment
  • Tyre pressure check and inflate
  • Quick wheel true (minor wobbles)
  • Test ride + final check
Excludes
  • Parts (pads, chains, cassettes, bearings, cables, etc.)
  • Hydraulic brake bleeds (add-on)
  • Deep bearing work (BB/hubs/headset) unless quoted as add-on
  • Heavy mud removal / restoration-level cleaning (quoted if needed)
Recommended when
  • Gears are slightly noisy or not crisp
  • Brakes need a basic tweak
  • You have not done maintenance in 4-8 weeks (regular riders)
A deeper clean and tune.
Standard Service

Includes drivetrain deep-clean and one focused bearing service (BB OR hubs OR headset).

Typical time: 1.5-2.5 hours (2-hour slot minimum)
Includes
  • Everything in Minor
  • Drivetrain deep-clean (more thorough degrease)
  • Wheel truing (both wheels, moderate)
  • Torque checks on key bolts
  • One focused bearing service (choose one): Bottom bracket OR Wheel hubs OR Headset
Excludes
  • Full teardown of all bearings
  • Suspension internal servicing (basic setup only)
  • Pivot bearing replacement (dual-suspension) unless quoted
Recommended when
  • Bike feels gritty or not smooth
  • You ride in dust/mud often
  • Shifting/braking is inconsistent even after minor tweaks
Full service for bikes ridden hard.
Major Service

Deeper strip, cables checked, braking and shifting brought back to sharp.

Typical time: 2.5-4 hours (often half a day)

  • Everything in Standard
  • Deeper drivetrain strip and clean (as needed)
  • More complete bearing inspection and servicing where feasible on-site
  • Brake system check and refresh (bleed as needed depending on brake type/condition)
  • Thorough wheel alignment and check
  • Detailed service notes (what we did, what is next, what to watch)
Excludes
  • Specialist suspension damper rebuilds
  • Complex wheel builds
  • Carbon repair / structural fixes
  • Any parts not pre-approved
Recommended when
  • Bike has been neglected
  • Multiple noises (creaks, grinding, roughness)
  • You are preparing for a big event or stage race
A full refresh to near-new condition.
Overhaul

Full strip-down and rebuild approach with a clear replacement plan.

Typical time: 4-6 hours (often split or done at base depending on the job)
Includes
  • Full strip-down and rebuild approach (as far as practical)
  • Full bearing refresh plan (replace/service depending on bike and parts availability)
  • Full cable and brake refresh plan
  • Full clean, rebuild, torque, test ride
  • A clear what was replaced and what is next summary
Excludes
  • Specialist suspension rebuild work (we can coordinate with a suspension specialist)
  • Frame repairs
Recommended when
  • Bike feels tired everywhere
  • You want near-new performance again
  • Dual-suspension pivots and bearings are clearly overdue
