Do you come to my house or office?Booking
Yes. We are a mobile workshop. Share your location and we will confirm if you are within range.
What areas do you cover?Service Area
We are based in Fourways and typically cover a 25-35km radius.
Do you do same-day bookings?Booking
Not by default. We require 24 hours notice. Same-day only happens if an admin override is approved.
How long does a service take?Timing
Minor is usually about an hour. Standard is around 2 hours. Major and Overhaul are longer and depend on bike condition.
What if you find extra problems during the service?Pricing
We will message you with a quote update first. No surprises.
Do you supply parts?Parts
Yes, we can source and supply common parts. Parts are charged separately from labour.
How do you price call-outs?Pricing
Call-out is based on distance. We confirm this upfront when you share your address.
Can you work on e-bikes?E-bikes
We can service the mechanical parts (brakes, drivetrain, wheels). Motor and battery issues usually need a specialist.
Can you do suspension servicing?Service Scope
We can do basic setup and some basic maintenance (when conditions allow). Full damper rebuilds are done by specialists.
Can you do wheel builds and heavy workshop jobs?Service Scope
Some jobs are workshop-only (wheel builds, major frame issues). We will tell you upfront.
What do I need to prepare before you arrive?Preparation
A safe place to work (driveway/garage), access details, and the bike ready. Water/power is helpful but not always required.
How do I pay?Payment
Card, EFT, or PayFast/YOCO payment link.
Do you offer a guarantee?Warranty
If something we adjusted is not right, we fix it quickly within a practical warranty window.
Can you service multiple bikes at one address?Booking
Yes. It is efficient and can reduce call-out cost per bike.
Do you work Sundays?Hours
Limited. If we do, it may include a surcharge.
