Service Policies
Booking notice
We normally require 24 hours notice so we can plan the route and bring the right parts.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12-24 hours before your slot where possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a call-out fee to cover travel and lost time.
Quotes and approvals (no surprises)
If extra work or parts are needed, we stop and ask first. Nothing extra is added without your approval on WhatsApp or by phone.
After-hours work
After-hours or Sunday work is limited and may include a surcharge depending on the request and area.
Warranty and guarantee approach
If something we adjusted is not right, we will come back and fix it within a practical window. Parts are covered by supplier or manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Payment timing and methods
Payment is typically due after the job is complete unless a deposit is required for special parts. Payments accepted: PayFast, YOCO, or EFT (proof required).
Privacy (POPIA-lite)
We only collect the information needed to book, complete, and invoice your service. We do not sell your data. We keep basic records for service history and follow-up. You can request that we update or delete your information.
Safety and access
Please provide a safe, accessible work area and let us know about estate access, stairs, or parking restrictions.
